/Practise these 10 steps and start shifting your mindset from negative to positive!

1. Take time out at the end of each day to treat your skin with a mini facial

2. Exercise 30mins-1 hr per day.
This could involve, running, skipping, dancing and many more activities.
But don’t forget to warm up your muscles prior to a workout, and cool down/stretch to aid recovery and flexibility of muscles.

3. Believe in Yourself
No two people are the same we are all unique, variety it the spice of life, so remember not to compare yourself to others.
Daily affirmations to either say to yourself or write down and read every morning as reminders to re-enforce self belief and plant positive seeds in your mind.

- I deserve to be happy
- I deserve to be healthy
- I will embrace change
- I deserve to be appreciated
- I deserve to be successful
- I deserve to have a voice and be listened to
- I deserve to be loved
Top Tip:- Try a mantra which is repeating one or many of these sentences a few times in the morning or during relaxation to help build concentration and focus.
4. Giving yourself Time
Giving yourself precious breathing time and space even if its for 10 minutes in a day, allows your mind to rest and recharge. This will allow you to focus and see things more clearly.

5. Setting daily goals
Get on top of your game by planning your activities, and setting realistic daily tasks on your calendar, so that you can stay on track and feel in control.
6.Leaning something new
They say power is knowledge!
Learning new skills whether it is painting, sewing or online marketing, stimulates brain activity and gives you a sense of achievement knowing that it was you who took the step to learn and puts you in control of yourself.
8. Be around positivity
Turn your back on negativity and walk away whilst counting to 20 if you are feeling stressed. Take interest in others and their achievements and try seeing the good. Support others when you can, a nice compliment will create a happy environment.
Smiling and laughing regularly realises endorphins which gives you the feel good factor, this will attract positivity.
Did you know that laughing boosts the immunity and cell activity in the brain.
9. Treat yourself
Take pride in your appearance will make you feel better about yourself.
This doesn’t have to mean, new boots or a fancy frock.
It can be simple pleasures, like a bath, a foot soak, treating your hair to some natural cupboard ingredients like organic coconut which is a fabulous leave in conditioner. Giving yourself a manicure or applying some makeup will boost your confidence.

10.Giving to others
Remembering the look on your children/friends face when they last received a gift from you, It was pure joy. This is the feeling others get when you do something for them, no matter how small.
By shifting your thinking towards helping others while doing something that matters to you, your self-esteem, sense of purpose and feelings of connection increase dramatically.
